Opened in 1970 on a former military fort, Kowloon Park (Kowloon Park) is a quiet space located in the Tsim Sha Tsui area. With an area of 13 hectares is defined as one of the most extensive parks in the city.

The park has children's play areas, a swimming pool, a sports center, a Chinese garden, trails, banks, several lakes, a labyrinth and an aviary. On the other hand, if there is something that is scarce in the park are green spaces, since in the vast majority of those who are not allowed to step on the lawn.

In one of the corners of the park is the Kowloon Mosque, built in 1984 to become the largest Islamic cult center in Hong Kong. In the park is also the Hong Kong Heritage Discovery Center where you can see exhibits about the city's origins, though not as interesting as the Hong Kong History Museum.
